KELLY EASTERLING

Chief Creative Officer

Kelly leads Quantum’s creative teams to realize each and every project, fostering a vibrant storytelling vision. His primary focus is imagining, designing, and developing attractions, themed environments, experiences, and shows.

Most recently, Kelly’s work can be seen at Universal Studios Orlando (where he was on the creative design team for Race Through New York with Jimmy Fallon), and at the Smithsonian Institute National Museum of African American History. Among his many projects, Kelly directed the historic Queen Mary 2 spectacular Forever Cunard that illuminated New York Harbor and lower Manhattan for the 175th Anniversary of Cunard Line; the installation of ride attraction lighting and video content for the Drop of Fear free fall drop ride at World of Wonderland Theme Park, featuring a custom 65-foot, 360 degree video wall installed 200 feet atop the ride tower redefining the skyline of Amarillo, Texas; and numerous lighting and effects shows, ride attraction effects, and the park-wide lighting design for Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America.

Previously, as a member of the systems design team for 4Wall Entertainment, he was responsible for large-scale lighting projects and systems integration. He facilitated and project managed the design and installation of the Brooklyn Nets custom court lighting system at Barclays Center Arena in Brooklyn, New York. Kelly also designed the control system and architectural integration of the acclaimed LightCycles art exhibit (inspired by the Aurora Borealis) at World Financial Center, New York. Additionally, Kelly led the design teams and managed themed installations for Google Tech Talk venues at Google offices in New York, Boston, and Washington D.C.

Kelly honed his project management and production experience working for venues large and small. As the Director of Production for the City of Portland Maine’s Merrill Auditorium, Kelly hosted such Broadway touring productions as Saturday Night Fever, Miss Saigon, 42nd Street, Rent, and Stomp. He also supervised the installation of various touring concerts including Josh Groban, Melissa Etheridge, Rob Thomas, Styxx, and Jewel. Kelly served for five seasons as the Director of Production for the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. He also served as Production Manager for Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor, New York.

Kelly has been the lighting designer for hundreds of productions across the country. Some of his design credits include Uprising of Love featuring Sting, Patti LuPone, and Jane Lynch at the Gershwin Theatre in New York and theatrical productions including Moon Over Buffalo, The Music Man, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Damn Yankees, The Wiz, Grease, and Guys and Dolls.

Kelly was recently honored with a Themed Entertainment Association Thea Award for the Smithsonian Institute National Museum of African American History.

Jayson Raitt

Chief Executive Officer

From lighting and effects spectaculars, to theming a land or attraction at a theme park, to a new musical, everything Jayson produces tells a story and creates a memorable experience. Jayson is a Tony Award-nominated producer who brings 20 years of creative development, management, and leadership to every project. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Themed Entertainment Association. 

Most recently, Jayson produced 10 interactive attractions for Lionsgate Entertainment World (based on their movie intellectual properties) in Zhuhai, China, and is currently producing turnkey an original Nighttime Spectacular Castle and Lagoon Show called Once: An Enchanted Storybook Spectacular for a new theme park in Vietnam. 

Jayson has produced nighttime spectaculars and complete park-wide lighting for Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America; major press events for Princess Cruises; and Forever Cunard from the decks of Queen Mary 2 for spectators in New York Harbor/Lower Manhattan in celebration of Cunard Line’s 175th Anniversary.

In a unique partnership with Princess Cruises, Jayson has developed new musicals with creative partner Stephen Schwartz. These shows, developed exclusively for Princess, feature creative teams made up of top theatre writers, songwriters, designers, and performers. The Secret Silk, written and directed by John Tartaglia, is current being performed on four of Princess’ ships. 

As a live entertainment producer, Jayson’s work has been seen by millions. From producing an intimate corporate concert, to a large fundraising benefit show in a Broadway theatre, to a live performance televised on broadcast television, Jayson’s hands-on approach means that every project is crafted with the audience and overall experience in mind. Some of Jayson’s producing highlights include: Sting and Patti LuPone in concert for Uprising of Love, an event hosted by Jane Lynch at the Gershwin Theatre in NYC; live television appearances by Christina Aguilera and dancers from the movie Burlesque on “Dancing with the Stars,” “The American Music Awards,” and the UK’s “X Factor”; concerts in Poland and Israel featured in the documentary film 100 Voices: A Journey Home; and appearances by Queen Latifah, John Travolta, Michelle Pfeiffer, and the cast of the movie Hairspray on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Today Show” and the “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.” Jayson also produced New Line Cinema’s 40th Anniversary Gala, a benefit featuring Jane Fonda, Morgan Freeman and Nicole Kidman that raised over $2 million for the Film Society of Lincoln Center.

Richard T Chamblin III

Director of Design & Development

Richard has been a creative leader in the entertainment and museum exhibit industry for over 15 years. Starting with a background in live theatrical entertainment designing over 125 theatrical production, Richard has built a strong career and now works on some of the largest and most innovative performances, attractions, and exhibitions in the world. Richard is currently leading the lighting design team for the Barack Obama Presidential Center.

Over the past several years for Luce, Richard has had the opportunity to lead several creative teams to design and implement exhibition lighting designs such as The Smithsonian Institute National Museum of African American History and Culture, The Clark Art Institute, The Go For Broke Educational Center, USGA Jack Nicklaus Room. And work on the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences American Museum of Motion Picture. Richard was also recently recognized with a THEA award for his and Luce work on The Smithsonian Institute’s National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Richard has lead creative teams to design and implement show lighting for attractions with Universal Studios Parks and Resorts, SeaWorld, Enchanted Kingdom, and several other international clients. Those attractions include Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando’s Mako - the longest and fastest roller coaster in Orlando, and Battle for Eire an AR motion-based experience at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

Adrienne Bixler

Senior Designer

Adrienne Bixler is a Senior Designer for Luce Group. After graduating in 2017 from New York University’s Drama Production & Design program, she was inspired by her knowledge of theatrical lighting design to create worlds through lighting at theme parks and museums. 

She is responsible for the production of design deliverables as well as creative and technical research. While working as a Designer for Luce, Adrienne has worked on several high-profile projects including the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, the Nantucket Whaling Museum, Universal Studio’s Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, Sea World’s Ocean Explorer and Sea World’s MAKO roller coaster among other projects. Adrienne was also recognized with a THEA award for Luce’s work on The Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture.

JANE CHAN

Designer

Jane Chan is a Designer for Luce Group. She has been a theatrical lighting designer and associate for Broadway, international bi-lingual projects and regional productions for 8 years. Jane has experience closely collaborating with directors, designers, and artists of various mediums on theatrical, theme park, live performances, and exhibitions. Originally from Macau, China, Jane is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

With her magic skill in design, rendering and drawing, Jane not only successfully communicate creative ideas to clients on the page but also transform the environment using light as her paintbrush.

Jane’s recent lighting design was selected to be on the online catalog of excellent American stage design by USITT. Her past design has also received the honor of Best Design in DC Metro Area Theatres. While Jane was the Designer for Luce, she has participated notable project such as the Smithsonian Institute National Museum of African American History and Culture, Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Studio, MAKO at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Florida.

Matthew Ogonowski

Creative Content Manager

Matthew is a writer, musician, songwriter, teaching artist, and aspiring Jedi, born and based in northern New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree in Music and German from Drew University and his Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the New School in New York.

In 2012, Matt began working as a music and arts therapist for a local assisted living facility. In his five years in this position, Matt utilized music, theatre, literature, and fine art to connect with residents and help them heal through creative expression. In his time there, he formed a regularly performing choir made of and run by residents of the facility.

Matt has been a private music teacher for the past 10 years, teaching local students guitar, voice, and music theory. He believes in utilizing the study and performance of music to empower his students to not only be better musicians but to be better students and more active members of their community. Matt can often be found organizing and performing in concerts and benefit shows around his community. He has composed and written music for a number of projects, most recently for the New York Public Library and the New School. He is currently writing and illustrating his first graphic novel.

As a member of the Quantum team, Matt has worked on popular shows and attractions for clients around the globe, including Princess Cruise Lines, Lionsgate Entertainment, Nickelodeon, and Dreamworks Pictures, working closely with clients to realize stories and attractions based on some of the most popular IPs in recent memory.

Corinne Antonelli

Illustrator & Concept Artist

Corinne has served as Quantum’s Illustrator and Concept Designer since 2019. Her work is frequently used to successfully communicate concepts to our clients. From storyboarding to costume design, Corinne is a jack of all trades within concept art. After gaining a BFA in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design she decided to gear her work towards the world of themed entertainment. Since then she has had the opportunity to work on projects ranging from museums to nighttime spectaculars.

Recently Corinne’s work has been recognized on national levels. She was awarded Semi- Finalist in Illustration from Walt Disney Imagineering’s Imaginations Competition in 2020. The Themed Entertainment Association awarded her with the IAAPA Student Scholarship in 2019. Most notably United Airlines selected Corinne’s artwork to be painted on the exterior of a Boeing 757 passenger aircraft that now transports travelers around the world.

Since being with Quantum Corinne has served on projects such as Once: An Enchanted Storybook Spectacular Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

Ryan Weisner

Project Coordinator

Ryan is the Project Coordinator for Quantum Creative Studios. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Art and Entertainment Technology with an emphasis in Projection, Lighting, and Interactivity from the University of Texas at Austin. With a background in live entertainment he worked for 3 years as a freelance Projection and Lighting Designer in the Austin area helping to transform event spaces for theaters and festivals.

Design and Creative Technologies are Ryan’s passions because of their capacity to unite people. Even though audiences may not speak the same language or even be from the same hemisphere, one installation, one exhibition, one piece of artwork can resonate with crowds and bring people together.

At Quantum, he is responsible for organizing ongoing projects and project administration and is the primary contact for file management, scheduling and detailed tracking. Along with Project Coordination, Ryan also leads the AV portions of projects and research on specific project designs and logistics.

While working as Quantum’s Creative and Technical Design Intern and now Project Coordinator, Ryan has worked on projects including Marvel Broadcast Studios, Lionsgate Entertainment World, Once: An Enchanted Storybook Spectacular, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, and Barack Obama Presidential Center.
