CREATIVE DEVELOPER, CG ARTIST/SPECIALIST

The Creative Developer, CG Artist/Specialist will assist the Creative Team in creating, procuring, or generating all visual graphics, research images, mood boards, sketches, and renderings for Quantum and Luce Group projects. The Project Creative Developer, CG Artist/Specialist will report to the Director of Design and Development. The Project Creative Developer, CG Artist/Specialist will also receive project directives and guidance from Project Leads, Content Manager, other illustrators, and/or Chief Design Officer as needed. It is expected the Project Creative Developer, CG Artist/Specialist will create visual research, graphics, sketches, models, animations, and renderings as needed. The Project Creative Developer, CG Artist/Specialist may be responsible for communicating directly with the client from time to time. The Project Creative Developer, CG Artist/Specialist works with the design staff to develop project deliverables as detailed in the project description and contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and produce creative deliverables

  • Perform QAQC review on all project submittals and deliverables

  • Travel to project meetings as needed (Travel estimated at 10%)

  • Provide onsite creative supervision and support when needed

  • Continue professional development and education for emerging technologies and technical industry standards

Requirement Capabilities:

  • Theater, Film/TV, Theme Park, and/or Museum Design Experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Working knowledge of creative development and design in the experiential, exhibition, attractions, and live events industries

  • Understanding of the creative development process

  • 1+ years experience in creative development, design, illustrations and art management.

  • Ability to deliver on a Project’s established scope, schedule and budget

  • Demonstrated commitment to on-going personal education

  • Strong understanding of current industry standards for all aspects

  • Ability to work flexible hours - nights, weekends, holidays

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G Suite

  • Possess excellent communication skills; highly motivated; can accept direction easily

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Desired Capabilities:

  • Theater, Art, Media Production, Design, Architecture work experience. This includes creative development or design for museums, attractions, retail spaces, restaurant spaces, or live entertainment

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)

  • Experience with 3DS Max

  • Experience with SketchUp

  • Experience with Unreal

  • Experience with Slack

  • Ability to work closely with all relevant staff to prioritize, organize, instruct and problem-solve during installation, content integration and programming

The right candidate has strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines, prioritize and adjust as needed. Candidates will enjoy the challenge of creating custom shows and attractions. You must have the ability to focus in a fast paced creative office. It’s important that you enjoy and/or have had experience working in entertainment, theme parks, museums, theater, or interactive experiences. Quantum Creative Studios is a global company with international projects. Successful candidates may be required to travel internationally and must be comfortable working closely with clients and vendors of different cultural backgrounds.
